New visual voicemail

Hi,

Just got updated from Sprint voicemail to T-Mobile visual voicemail. I cannot set up the free enhanced caller information feature. This is included at no charge as was when I had the Sprint version.

I have called support several times and they can't solve the problem. Galaxy note10+.
