You need to bring that up with Samsung. Carriers don’t touch code like people in the states think they do.
I have the same problem with my A53 5G. January was the last update. In fact, I posted about it on the Samsung members forum, but the moderator deleted it. Neither Samsung nor T-mobile can or will answer when this update will be available. I’m really astonished at the low priority this has been given. I hope you don’t do your banking or use a password manager on your phone. 😏
