Long hold times are back with a vengeance.

I have attempted to contact T-Mobile support to finally remedy the ongoing, unresolved issue involving a T-Life app for Android that crashes whenever the "Connect" option is selected. My first telephone call was disconnected by T-Mobile's automated system after 12 minutes. Before automatically disconnecting the call, T-Mobile's AI voice claimed, "T-Mobile cannot answer your call at this time. Please try your call again later." If only T-Mobile had let me know 12 minutes prior, when I first called, T-Mobile could have saved themselves and their customer precious time.

Foolishly, I call back. The good news? The automatic answering system has not disconnected my call yet. The bad news? I have been waiting for any T-Mobile agent to answer my call after remaining on-hold for 1 hour and 36 minutes.

    Total on-hold time waiting for a T-Mobile associate to answer my call prior to T-Mobile disconnecting me:  A full 8 hours.
