I'm pin locked out, all I see is a green robot and green and red writing on a black screen
Just a quick question. How did you get locked out.
From what I beleive you are going to need to contact them to get this issue resolved. Be perpared to verify who you are because they will ask you a few questions.
I see a black screen with a green robot with red and green writing. I'm pin locked out, said I had to contact T-Mobile to get unlocked.
