I want my basic voicemail back

I never signed up or asked for visual vm... I called T-mobile yesterday  and after keeping me on the phone for 45 minutes,  the rep assured me that the basic vm would be back... it is not back.  I DO NOT WANT VISUAL VM!!  

How do I get back my basic vm?
