How do I access a secure folder.

I am having trouble playing downloaded music on my s22. I haven’t been able to figure out why, and so I put my audio file into a secure folder. Now I can’t figure out how to get into the folder and put my music back where it was.

    Didn’t feel like waiting so I just went onto youtube and found a video on how to do it.
