Help changing to different phone
My husbands phone is over heating for some reason...we cant afford to buy a new phone but have another phone we need to transfer his account to untill we can get new phone need help
What are the makes and models of the phones involved. Sometimes phone apps go rogue and eat up the battery. If the offending phone is a smartphone, I suggest you uninstall any non-factory apps, in the reverse order they were installed, and see if that solves the problem.
Otherwise, @gramps28 is correct. The phone line is “in the SIM”. The address book, photos, web settings, etc. is in the phone and needs to be moved or restored to the new phone.
