Group text - error 2
I am trying to send a group text to people not in my contact list. After I enter the phone numbers and type the message, I get “Can’t send message with T-Mobile, error 2.
I have a Samsung Galaxy s22 if that matters.
I called T-mobile who then connected me to a Samsung rep. If I text to more than 3 numbers I have to enter a number, click done, then add people, enter another number, click done and so on. I can't just type all the numbers in one after the other. I used to be able to do that with my old phone/plan. Anyway, I don't do this often so it's fine.
even if you remove the last problem number and add in some other contact? it still sticks you to only 2 at once? or could that final number be the issue it isnt allowing any additional numbers?
All 3 numbers are good numbers. I can send to 2 people, but not 3 or more.
no issues with data? and all 3 numbers are confirmed mobile devices?
youre able to send pic texts just fine though? you can test this by sending yourself one and seeing if it sends and received.
