esim on s20+ not available

Hello guys please a need help. I'm from Cameroon and I'm using a Samsung galaxy 20+ from t-mobile.  I wish to activate esim byt sim manager option is not available. Esim emei is available and I'm running android 13 one ui 5. Can someone help me how to fixe that? I really need to activate esim
