error w Tmobile app

I've had a problem 3 times when I open the TMobile app it displays "oops something went wrong" the 1st time I called tech we forced stopped the app reupdate it it was fine, it has happened 2 more times, I've had to do the same thing. A friend of mine 3 hours away haven't had the problem. Anyone have any ideas?  Using a OnePlus Nord n20 5g

    So I was reading some search results a few minutes ago...my app was needing fixed again so I rebooted my phone THEN tried to open the Tmobile app and it worked fine. 🤔🤔
