I've had trouble with this too in the past. This is something that can be fixed by our Care team. If you Community-2153, we can have a specialist check your account and make sure these message aren't being blocked. The last step is filing a Trouble Ticket to have our engineers take a look at your connection on the back end and help fix anything that's stopping them from coming through.

The quickest way to solve this problem is to call 611 and the TMO support team will fix the verification code problem in just a few seconds
