Direct to Consumer outgoing 22945
I have a bunch of outgoing direct to consumer texts on my bill to 22945. No incoming. I need to know what this is for. If I text help to it it sends back a message to me saying Sorry this service is not available, and then shows it as an incoming text on my bill but no outgoing.
This is driving me nuts, and I need to know what it is for. Both phones are androids

I saw that, but we are not using KOOL-FM
Also, if an app has permission to make calls, why would it show as an outgoing text that has not been sent?
