Direct message management

Check and respond to your Messages

1. Go to the Envelope next to your profile bubble at the top of the screen. 
2. Select the message on the left that you want to view.
3. To respond, enter your message and click Reply.

Send a message to another Community member

1. Select the person’s name in Community to view their profile.
2. Click Message.
3. Enter the desired message, then click Send Message.

Delete messages

1. Go to the Envelope next to your profile bubble at the top of the screen. 
2. Select the message on the left that you want to view.
3. Choose the Trash icon in the top right to delete the message thread.
