Different Number
When I receive text messages from my wife it comes through as a different number, not hers. Why?

with this one you’ll want to try contacting TMO to have them dig into it to see whats going on. you can call in but contacting them via Facebook or Twitter will start you off with tier 2 support instead of the call in tier 1 support.
this is needing deeper digging to figure out.
This has been so helpful. T-Mobile support couldn’t fix it, so I “googled” my question. It seems that RCS chats are sent two different ways, and if a previous number is stored in RCS chats, then it has to be removed and the new number added.
