APN keeps clearing on Pixel 4a

Hello,

 I keep losing data access because the APN for T-Mobile keeps disappearing. I click reset to default, but between a few hours and a few days later, it clears again. I am using an eSim on a Pixel 4a. How can I stop the APN from clearing?

    Thanks @fireguy_6364 I did delete and recreate the eSIM in a retail store, but the issue returned a few days later.

    could be something going on with the esim itself. they might have to clear/remove it and then do a internal refresh on the TMO/your account side.
