You need to download GoodLock from the Galaxy Store and add in the module apps to do what you want. Personally, I use the Sound Assistant and Camera Assistent aspects of GoodLock but not much else.

You need to ask Samsung since it's their update. Try going to the Samsung phone forum to see if they can help.
I just checked my Pixel 8 I bought from Google and I only have same options as your Samsung so it's not a Tmobile issue. Right and left icon.
