After almost eleven years I am leaving T Mobile for good...
Over the last few years, the hold times have increased to the point of becoming unbearable. I spend on average 45 minutes to an hour and a half on hold before I reach someone, and this is at any time...
I had my mother with Lively, formally Great Call. They were very responsive and helpful. They piggy back on Verizon towers and it was pretty inexpensive, the only problem is these small carriers seem to always get gobbled up by the big guys eventually, just like Mint Mobile is currently being purchased by T-mobile, if it passes the FCC muster.
