Why can't the local store transfer a number to a new account?
We attempted to transfer a number to it’s own account at the local store in Deer Park, WA. They said we had to call 611 to release the number from the account. I’ve been on hold with 611 for 45 minut...
You can do it at a store but you still need to FaceTime phone support.
