Where do I go to find my account number?

Sign into your MyTmobile account and download a bill. Account number is on it if you have a post paid plan.
I have T-Mobile internet only and can’t find my account number to pay my bill. I need help

How many digits is the account number? The one on the bill is a partial number. At the bottom of the bill has 3 numbers before the account number at the top. The full number is below but longer than the one at the top. They hid it amongst other numbers at the very bottom

When you sign in , click on bill then a pdf of you're bill and the account number is there.
Having the same problem. Followed the instructions, but the account number is not listed in the upper-right corner after login.

If you're postpaid, you can follow the instructions here: Find your account number If you have a Pay In Advance account, our system would use your phone number as the main identifier.
