web sales promised 3rd line free for Magrnta Max 55+, but now Bulling refuses to honor it
Web sales promised 3 lines of Magenta Max 55+ for $90, but my billing shows $135. Customer Service says tough luck, even though I have the transcript of the conversation sent by T Mobile. Where do I escalate this issue? It is either a bait and switch tactics or some hidden promotion that is being peddled by sales guys, but the billing cannot see it. Please help.

I hope T mobile addresses this issue, as I have seen a few others bring up the same problem in previous posts. It has happened too many times and they should make it right.

Wow, Im going to contact them again too because like you, I have the transcript of the t mobile rep telling me it was going to be for 140 and not 185. I keep checking my billing and it says 0 right now but I do see that plan says 185, yet it tells me to check on it 5 days later. So im not sure, but in that I would say keep contacting T mobile support and show them the screenshot of the transcript. Cause thats not fair and its shady if its a hidden tactic just to bring in customers like that.

Yes, ordered last week and activated just today. The price they quoted was the reason I went with T Mobile. And now I hear nothing can be done. They did offer to credit $45, but just for first month.

Did you recently switched over? I did contact them as well because the web t mobile sales rept said 140 for everything even though I didnt even have nor want a 3rd line. Then I checked and it said 185? Im like what the hell! I contacted them and they said they still need to fix billing and check days later since its still processing.
