Want to dispute bill because I dont want to pay for t mobile any more
Help please
What's the reason for the dispute, not wanting to pay isn't a reason.
Because I have a disability and I don't have the money to pay it I dont even get enough to get everything I need I can't do everything my self
Give Customer Care a call at 611 from your T-Mobile line, ask to cancel, and pay your final bill. Then you won't have to worry about the added cost of it beyond that.
They said I have to pay to pay for the phone and I can't because the make I have to live off of it and enough that why I want help but your being rude
If you have an EIP on your account. You should not have taken on the cost of a device as well if your monthly incoming was not enough to afford it. Expecting you to live up to the responsabilities you agreed to is not being rude. Maybe you can ask a family member to help you out financially. I work with a lot of disabled people and have never had any of them make such a request.
