User Access Information
I'm the primary account holder, and right now I really need my sister, who has a line on my plan, to not have access to my billing information, particularly my billing address. Does a standard or restricted user have access to my billing address?

Appears you have received some good responses. When not sure how to Restrict service of your sisters phone line and what she can access, please call T-Mobile Customer Service.
It is your account and you pay the whole monthly Bill correct, the you can Restrict/limit your sister access and if not happy with the outcome, Remove her Phone Line and let her set up her own T-Mobile or with another cellular company as to pay her own phone bill. She needs to be held responsible/accountable for her actions and become independence. I understand you have been generous and supportive toward your sister and you care. Before you do anything, be sure your sister understands the consequences if she does not change her behavior.
Last, Ask yourself why do you need to hide your Billing Address from your sister? Do not tell us why for your own Privacy. Does your sister know where you live? She cannot change T-Mobile Plan or services without having Username, Password, Account #, Pin #, and your phone for Verification as Customer Service should send a Code to your Phone as the Primary Account Holder. You will also get an email notification if someone is attempting to get Unauthorized Access to your account. So relax, don't get frustrated when attempting to resolve the issue over the phone with T-Mobile Customer Service representative. Also, keep it Kool with your sister. Get upset, stop, walk away or hang up the phone. Then try again later. You are a good person, you can resolve it.

Sign into your MyTmobile account and go to line settings and change her line status.
