USAGE DETAILS NOT UPDATED
I’ve called 4 times regarding this issue and have been told they are working on it. I went to my account, usgae details and I’m still missing billing period from Feb2 thru March 2nd. I’m in desperate need to this usage details. What’s going on. I’ve been promised that I’d even get a call back….no word.
This is frustrating and a little more than maddening

did you sign out of your account..clear browsing history and then log back in to see if it updates?
follow the answer in there. if you did this and nothing has changed post in there to heavenM and she might be able to get a bit more info.
