Upgrade Multiple Devices
How many devices are eligible for the trade credit ($800 for iPhone XR) on each account. For example, I have 3 iPhone XR’s on my account that are paid off. Can I get the 13 Pro with a credit for each one or is it on the main line only and the sub lines don’t get anything?
Same problem here. 2 years after this was first reported. Can’t do multiple phone upgrades in one cart. Adding the second removes the first.
I wonder this also. I have tried multiple times and have the same issue. What am I missing. Everytime this happens I choose not to upgrade my devices because it annoys me.
I have the same question.. seems I can only add one upgrade to my cart at a time.
same question but how do i upgrade the devices in my one account? for example, i have three lines and want to upgrade the devices on all of them. looks like i can only update one line at a time. customer rep said we can update multiple times at once. what am i missing? thanks.
