Unusable Virtual MasterCard

After finally getting to someone who knew what to do, I was directed on how to transfer the digital MasterCard amount to my bank account. The process has been started and takes up to 3 business days to process. If it works, I am OK with the solution. You need to call 888-390-6867 for the right department at TMO.
I was ready to sign up for their 5g internet service but after reading all these complaints I'm having 2nd thoughts. Other than the $200 rebate issue, it's the service good? Any better than the cable company?

I have this service and it is good. There has been trouble with the towers near my house but that wasn't a T-Mobile issue. However, they seem to have a super hard time doing what I ask with my account. They say my cell # isn't associated to my account because it's a different provider but the system says it is when I call in. I specifically ask them to fix this so IU get the messages on the phone where I can actually read them instead of the router where they can't be read and the guy said they did it, but NOPE.
