Unlimited and basic plan?

I have 3 lines on an unlimited plan. Does Tmobile offer a plan where one phone can be unlimited and the other phones on the plan can be more basic? I was hoping to chat with someone about it since I have a cold and it hurts to talk but I can’t find the chat option. It says to call customer service. Sprint always had a rockstar chat option available. Any info is helpful.

    You would need to have 2 different accounts so since it’s a family plan it’s probably cheaper to stay on your current plan.
