UNKEPT PROMISES

Has anyone else been promised by T-Mobile that they would receive compensation after they switched to this carrier? I was with Verizon for forever and finally decided to switch because I kept hearing about how great it T-Mobile was. They also promised that they would pay $600 dollars towards my final Verizon bill. I have been waiting for months and the service isn’t even good. At all. I keep asking and asking and nothing happens. Did this happen to anyone else?
