unable to purchase a phone online. Anybody else dealing with this issue recently??
I have tried five different devices and different browsers and I still can't purchase a phone online. I get as far as the trade in and when I press skip trade in the screen just loads to a white page...
I been trying to switch my service for 2 day i keep getting this at checkout Oops! Something went wrong.

Why would I go to your store or call you on the phone when you have online service. I will keep my 4 lines with Verzon there online service works. I see your service is not good.
