Teathering speed less than 1m/sec
Where can I find rules regarding tethering? I seem to be reading many different things.
I was in a 5g area getting 400mg down. Tethering slowed to ½ meg down. Am I being throttled or limited to 3g? Can I upgrade my plan?
Also, if I put my sim in a hot spot, can I get 4G speeds?
