T-Mobile not resolving my problem since months
I bought a mobile with an eligible trade in taking a new line. I was offered $800 credit for trading IPhone XR 64GB Black for buying IPhone 14 Pro Max. I purchased mobile at store where the store person did a mistake in adding the trade in device name. She added name as Iphone X instead of Iphone XR. Because of this i got $400 credit instead of $800. I tried to reach out the store and also support but no luck. No one is resolving my issue once the chat get closed. Because of this I’m loosing my $400 credit.
I have complained this issue number of time where no one resolved it till date. Don’t know what to do.
Please suggest me some.

Also on a note. If you signed off on the paperwork with the value being 400 and not the 800, they may hold you to that value as that is what you agreed to.

Have you tried contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter they also are a higher tier of support.
