T-mobile keeps contacting me about a number that I don’t use and can’t login on.

I went to the states this summer and got the t-mobile eSIM due to needing coverage there. Well I got an email that it was terminated, but somehow I keep getting emails about me needing to pay for continuing the service of the number.

when I try to login on the number or the email I just get an error code saying “something went wrong in our system” and when I google up the support, it’s an international number and no email of chat support…

Do they take money from my account!?? And how do I make it stop??
