Sim card being used by another device

I recently added esim from physical sim card. After about 2 weeks, esim has been disappeared from “sim card manager” in my phone and when I try to add it back, it says the sim has been used by another device. One clue I have is that it may happen because I added the physical sim card to another phone and that may triggered this error. However, both esim and sim card do not work on both phones. 

 

Is it possible to reset the esim, so I can add it again to my phone? or any other way to fix this issue?
