Sim card being used by another device

If that doesn't work you may need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
Thanks. I have Samsung phone and had tried the procedure, but I do not see the below step under sim card manager
- Choose Recover your plan
Instead, I get error message “sim card has been used by another device”. This sounds like T-mobile registered another phone to link with the esim.
