Refund taking over 12 days
T Mobile processed my autopay fee days late and I was double charged for my bill this month. They 'refunded' the double charge but it's been 12 days and I have yet to see my money back. Has anyone el...
They were refunding it to my card. The negative amount in my account from the double payment has already been zeroed out and every rep I've talked to has assured me it should only take up to 3 days to be put back on my card.
