refund my payment
I stop my plan on phone call before I leave America.
The person who I talk told me they not gonna charge me anymore.
But they just charge me again.
I already back to my hometown and I never use that plan.
I need refund but I’m not in America I can not call customer service.
Is there any way I can request refund online?
Unfortunately Tmobile prepaid plans are non refundable so I suggest taking you plan off autopay and contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help.
My plan is Prepaid unlimited $50
