tMobile reps lied. Two phone reps stated that I was getting a zfold 4 for free

I was promised a $5 per line reduction if I switched to auto bill by the store manager. This was part of a deal to buy two phones and two lines in addition to the 4 lines that I already had. That would be $30 per month for 6 lines. When the $30 credit did not appear I went back and he told me it would be in the next billing cycle. Didn’t happen. I went back and he then told me “gee I’m sorry the auto bill reduction doesn’t apply to your plan.” He knew full well what my plan was and he wasn’t some rookie sales person, he was the store manager. Stay away from T-mobile store sales people. They have no scruples.
