My monthly plan is different. I applied according to your company's request to auto pay set up, but I wonder why you are only taking $25 from me today. Your company is supposed to take $50 from me...

Your company is supposed to take $50 from me on the 30th of every month.
Please let me know if the auto pay I applied for has been approved
and if $50 per month will be taken at a time on the 30th of each month or on the 5th of each month.
