I guess I’ll be going back to Verizon. I was told our phones were eligible for switch2t-mobile by a representative. After switching our accounts over, the website says that our devices are not eligible even though they are listed on the website that they are. Our phones were not purchased secondhand, we bought them from our previous carrier. I’m really upset and disappointed, I feel like I was really misled by T-mobile
