cancel line/contact cust service
Why has tmobile discontinued online chat? Calling cust serv isn't even a realistic option with wait times. I simply want to cancel a line I don't use and I have never used. Please help!
You can only cancel a line by calling customer service you can try canceling the line by using messenger on one of Tmobile’s social media accounts.
I can create an account online, but have to run through hurdles to cancel the account, which includes taking time to make phone calls, who knows how long you'll be on hold, all for them to prod you to stay. Not a lawyer, but more customers need to bring action against companies like this in order to make it stop.
