I actually work for T-Mobile in a call center and I am currently going through this same thing. It’s very sad considering I know how strict we are about owning up to this stuff as I am forced to tell customers everyday there is nothing we can do. The amount of calls I get about this absolutely point to some shady behavior going on in either the warehouse or UPS, and it’s a shame T-Mobile won’t do anything to help, especially when I have been a loyal employee and customer for years. Not anymore, I am telling everyone I know about how shady of a company we are, with this knowledge coming from the inside. Good luck to anyone dealing with this situation.
