Protection 360 SCAM!!!
I’m so utterly annoyed, my blood is boiling, I pay for this protection 360 junk, to be on chat with them Assurant and T-Mobile for a couple hours while I’m working, for them to say I have apple extended warranty, and I HAVE to go through apple, WHAT!?!? WHY!?!? I DO NOT PAY APPLE FOR INSURANCE!!! I already knew what apple was going to do, of course charge me for the repair, and they sure did, $100 to fix a damaged screen??? So livid, I’ve already escalated this matter with T-Mobile, I will give them one chance to make this right, if I do not get reimbursed for my $100 I will take all 5 of my lines and go straight to their competitors. This is unacceptable and I won’t let it stand.
I just had this same thing happen. I am paying $18/month/device for a plan I can't use. The apple deductibles are significantly higher. I don't know how they can sell a plan you can't use. I canceled my 7 lines and moved to AT&T.
