Promo not showing properly on screen when upgrading
I’m at my wits end. When the new iPhones were released, I called to upgrade all 3 lines. I was told I’d have to pay $35/line to have them do the upgrade by phone but that I could easily do it onlin...
Yes I did try that. No change. I called t-mobile again and the rep saw the same thing I was seeing. She placed the orders for me with a supervisor’s approval. Hopefully all goes well when the billing starts.
