Problems with T-mobile insurance (Assurance)

I tried to correct the claim with Assurance, switching it to Accidental Damage as I do have the old phone now.  However they want me to send back the new working phone instead.  Then after the claim has been reversed file a new claim as Accidental Damage.

Hope honesty pays in the end.  But probably most people would have kept quiet about the recovered old phone.
