Phone Upgrade Chapter 7
Hi,
I’m a T-Mobile customer. I am 2 years into a Chapter 7 bankruptcy and I want to upgrade my iPhone XR to an iPhone 14. Would I qualify for 0% APR?

Yes and no. If you can get an EIP then you get 0%, but you may have to put a lot of money down.
So you have for example have to put 600 down and the rest will be EIP or something like that. It all depeneds on how high you got your credit score up after bankruptcy. I’ve seen some people a year after were able to get car loans at less than 6% by getting their credit score above 660.

The easiest way to find out is to sign into your mytmobile account and try upgrading your phone and when you get to the check you will find out.
