Paymenty arrangement

I would like to set up an arrangement. The system will not let me set it up

    If it doesn't allow you to set one up in your my.T-Mobile.com account.  You need to reach out to Customer Care by calling 611 from your T-Mobile line or send a DM to T-Mobile on either Facebook or Twitter/X.  If you already have a payment arrangement in place and need to change that arranfement.  You need to meet the payment arrangement obligation before you can request another.
