update: it’s 12/9/21 and I’m still “hitting a snag”. I have an iPhone 11 so it’s not like I NEED to upgrade, but I’m literally trying to GIVE tmobile my money and they won’t take it. Fix the thing, it shouldn’t be that hard…?
