I’m staying out of USA now and my cellphone number is not working in rouming, and I can not get a message to proof access to my T-Mobile account , how can I fix it?
Try turning on WiFi Calling to see if that allows you to receive the code. Are you a prepaid user? If so. Roaming might not be available in the country you are currently in.
