Not receiving call from MS to authenticate accounts for MS (Broward County Schools)

An X instead of bars is no service. Is your bill paid up? If it’s a prepaid account. Did you have enough funds for the plan to renew? Have you tried removing your SIM and reinserting your SIM card?
