New Customer - Monthly Amount NOT what was quoted
I just had my phone lines ported from Verizon to T-Mobile to get a better rate. I was given a reduced rate of $127/mo. TOTAL for all three lines, if I signed up the same day, which I did. However, the actual rate I see is $150/mo. I feel deceived.
Was the reduced rate a part of a promotion? Sometimes those things have to be added on manually, which can sometimes take up to a month or two. Your first bill will always be higher due to being pro-rated to the closest billing date, activation fees, and any other potential fees that might be a part of signing up.
