need help with contacting TMobile corporate office

Does anyone have a way to contact TMobile corporate offices?
I need to file a complaint already went through all the supervisors with zero help.
If anyone can help out I would appreciate it otherwise I have to file a complaint with the BBB.

Tmobile responded and able to come to a resolution to resolve my billing issue. Just like you, I was guaranteed a set pricing of my newly upgraded plan with the free iPhone 15 after trade-in, and instead my bill for the past 3 months have been more than what amount should have been. I am looking forward to my next bill with the correct information now. They were also able to adjust my current bill to reflect the promised amount. Reading these threads I realize I am not alone. T-Mobile told me multiple lies. I have lived up to my end of the contract which I unknowingly entered into. I pay my bill on time every month yet they haven't lived up to anything on their end. That can't be legal. T-Mobile should have to be accountable just like I would be if I stopped paying my bill. I guess nobody has been able to find a way to speak to someone that has the authority to hold them accountable. One thing I think is crazy is they set up a brick and mortor store in a town where the surrounding towns can't get service. I wish I could take them to small claims but I can't afford to.

I really need to speak to a corporate head I have a issue and I can’t write it no enough room I can’t believe the online rep told me what I been told wasn’t correct so if I don’t like it live with it also other rood things I want all calls pulled as of rite now I’m so pissed I’m gonna contact my attorney asap cuz I am shocked the way I was spoken to they basically said Im screwed to like it or cancel we don’t need u

Trying to contact the Corporate Office is a witch hunt to say the least. Plus all the empty promises they grant you. Calling the so called Complained line merely you're contacting T Mobile Customer Support again.
Plus I got them going into my bank account without my authorization and taking money. I warned my bank about T Mobile doing so. I also have spoken with Americans Disability Act to see what they can do. Seeing I am 68 and disabled. My next step is a State Representative possibly to investigate. I used a State Rep before and have gotten very good results too.
We need to start a petition concerning T Mobile and sneaky ways of business. Not to mention going into people's bank accounts and STEALING their money. Last I knew any business needs your permission to remove any money from your bank account.
